11th Asia Pacific Conference on Giftedness. It is an important time for gifted education internationally and this conference will be a great opportunity to hear new ideas and renew connections with old friends and colleagues from the Asia-Pacific rim and beyond.
CONFERENCE FEES & INCLUSIONS
STATUS
Member Registrations
Member Registration is open only to members of Australian state and territory associations for the gifted and talented affiliated with AAEGT and members of the Asia-Pacific Federation of the World Council for Gifted and Talented Children (APF-WCGTC).
Group Registrations
Speical rates for groups are available. To qualify for the Think Bank Group Registration rate, a minimum of five Think Bank delegates must be registered. To qualify for the Youth Summit Group Registration rate, a minimum of ten Youth Summit students must be registered.

SOCIAL FUNCTIONS
The Conference Dinner will be held on Friday 30th July Star Room Darling Harbour. Places are limited so we encourage you to book early. Tickets are available to purchase with your registration from $150pp
A Night at Luna Park is open to all Youth Summit delegates and their parents/guardians on Saturday 31st July Tickets are available to purchase with your registration and includes transport to Luna Park for $45pp
SCHOOL FIELD TRIP
Visit selected Sydney schools on Monday the 2nd of August. Please indicate on the registration form if you are interested in attending. The registration fee for the School Visit is $50pp including lunch and transport.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Full payment of fees is required before registrations can be processed and confirmed. Payment must be received by the early bird date to receive the nominated discount otherwise the standard fee will apply. Payment options are as follows:

2. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
All bank fees incurred with electronic funds transfer (bank transfers), whether international or national, are at the depositor’s expense. Please quote the delegate’s name as the EFT reference.

CONFIRMATION/DELIVERY PROCESS
On receipt of your payment, a confirmation letter will be e-mailed to you. It is advisable to check all items listed. Any changes or alterations can be made in writing to the Conference Organisers
CANCELLATION POLICY ON REGISTRATION FEES
Registration cancellations received in writing at the Conference Office by 1 July 2010 will be accepted. Registration fees will be refunded less an A$100 administrative fee. Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded, however it is acceptable to transfer your registration to another person. The full name and details of the person that will replace you must be advised in writing to the Conference Office no later than 7 days prior to the Conference. No refunds will be made for non-attendance to the Conference.

INSURANCE
Registration fees do not include personal travel insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that, when registering for the conference and booking travel, a travel insurance policy be taken out to cover loss, cancellation, medical cover etc for any reason. The Conference Committee and Conference Organisers do not take responsibility for any delegate failing to insure.
TAX
All Conference Registration and Additional Ticket rates quoted within this brochure are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
